Software Development Architect

The Software Development Architect will design and build modern, scalable systems that power Doyon Technology Group’s (DTG) next generation of products and client solutions. As a core member of the Organic Growth Team, this role will set architectural direction, provide hands-on development leadership, and leverage the Microsoft ecosystem—.NET, C#, Azure, and related hosted services—to deliver resilient, secure, and cost-effective platforms. In this small, start-up style team, the Architect will combine high-level architectural vision with hands-on coding and delivery responsibilities, balance speed and rigor, enable rapid prototyping and iteration while laying the technical foundation for products that can eventually scale within Business Units. Additionally, the Architect will apply AI tools and techniques as part of daily workflows to enhance efficiency, improve prototyping accuracy, and drive innovation.

Senior Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager is a hands-on builder and organizer who takes new product concepts from idea to launch and ensures a smooth transition to Business Units for long-term sustainment. Reporting to the Head of Organic Growth, this role serves as a key functional resource, acting with the analytical rigor of a Business Analyst while bringing strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The Senior Product Manager will play a critical role in validating ideas, defining products, managing backlog, developing prototypes, conducting tests, maintaining documentation, and overseeing product launch project management. This position will work closely with business leaders to structure new ideas, supports technical developers, and drives clarity, discipline and execution to new product initiatives.

Head of Organic Growth

The Head of Organic Growth will guide the business direction of DTG’s organic growth initiatives, working in close partnership with the Head of Emerging Technology for technical execution. This start-up style team operates independently of existing Business Units (BU) to minimize disruption to current sales, marketing, and delivery functions, while partnering closely with BU leaders once initiatives are validated and ready to scale. Reporting to senior leadership, the Head of Organic Growth will serve as the entrepreneurial, market-facing lead, focused on exploring new markets, expanding existing capabilities, and incubating new products. The Head of Organic Growth will engage directly with clients and prospects to test ideas, validate opportunities, and build early pipeline traction, while collaborating with the Head of Emerging Technologies to prioritize technical resources for high-impact growth initiatives. Early priorities include narrowing focus areas, testing pilots, and establishing a repeatable growth process before scaling. The Head of Organic Growth will also apply AI tools and techniques to enhance market analysis, financial modeling, and decision-making efficiency.

Marketing Events Coordinator

The Marketing Events Coordinator will play a key role in bringing Doyon Technology Group’s brands to life through exceptional event execution. From dynamic in-person tradeshows and conferences to engaging webinars and virtual experiences, this position will manage the details that make events successful, memorable, and measurable. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, this role will coordinate with internal teams, clients, and partners to deliver high-impact events that support lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. As part of a collaborative, entrepreneurial team, the ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and able to balance priorities across multiple companies within the group.

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to a defined business unit, aligning human resources initiatives with organizational goals. This role plays a key part in fostering a high-performance culture that is inclusive, collaborative, and aligned with company values. The HRBP proactively identifies HR needs and implements forward-thinking strategies that enhance the employee experience and strengthen leadership capabilities.

To align to operational needs, this role is in the Gaithersburg, MD office 3 days a week and telecommutes from home office 2 days a week.
