Payroll Supervisor
The Payroll Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire payroll process for multiple entities, ensuring timely and accurate submission and processing of payroll. This role involves conducting reconciliations, reviews, and audits of payroll records, and manages the Payroll Specialist. The Payroll Supervisor also handles managing the relationship with outsourced payroll services, compliance with federal and state wage and hour laws, and provides support to employees regarding payroll inquiries. The Payroll Supervisor reports directly to the Controller and plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the payroll function within the organization.
Senior Reporting & Data Analyst
As a Senior Reporting & Data Analyst, you will lead the development and execution of governance and standardization strategies for reporting and data integration processes across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity by implementing controls, managing reporting tools, and establishing streamlined processes for report requests, design, and delivery. The position also oversees data integration governance, fostering secure and efficient synchronization across systems, while maintaining data accuracy, scalability, and compliance with organizational policies. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to optimize reporting and integration workflows, empowering users with self-service tools and training, and documenting processes to support scalability, sustainability, and performance improvement. In addition, this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and streamline manual processes, research, and prioritize tools or technologies for efficiency improvements, and lead system upgrades to align with organizational goals and maximize ROI.
