About Doyon Technology Group
Doyon Technology Group, a subsidiary of Doyon, Limited, was established in 2023 in Anchorage, Alaska to manage the Doyon portfolio of technology companies: Arctic Information Technology (Arctic IT®), Arctic IT Government Solutions, and designDATA.
Our companies offer a variety of technology services including managed services, cybersecurity, and professional software implementations and support for Microsoft and ServiceNow cloud business applications.

Thomas Mercer,
President & General Manager
Thomas was appointed president of Doyon Technology Group during its inception in 2023. He is an inventor, an engineer, a thought-leader, and a trailblazer in bringing technology products to market on the global stage. He began his career first as a developer, then quickly grew into a leader of product development.
Spending the majority of his career before Doyon Technology Group at 3M, Tom launched the 3M Cloud Library which became the digital growth driver for the 3M Library Systems Business Unit. From there, he worked on the leadership team that divested and merged the unit with Bibliotheca, where he expanded the Cloud Library into multiple international markets while increasing the content range to include Audiobooks, Magazines, Comics, and Movies.
